The Vault

The Service

The Vault aggregates publicly available loyalty program experience listings into a searchable database with optional email alerts. We are independently operated and not affiliated with any loyalty program, airline, hotel, or financial institution.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person — do not share accounts or create multiple accounts.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
• You can cancel anytime through the billing portal — access continues through the end of your paid period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have an issue
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the site
• Resell or redistribute data obtained from The Vault
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Abuse the alert system or API endpoints

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Data Accuracy

Listings are sourced from third-party loyalty programs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Prices, availability, and deadlines can change at any time. Always verify details directly with the loyalty program before making a purchase or redemption. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed on this site.

Email alerts are delivered on a best-effort basis and may experience interruptions, delays, or temporary outages. You should not rely solely on alerts for time-sensitive decisions such as auction bidding or limited-availability redemptions.

Limitation of Liability

The Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including missed opportunities, incorrect data, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes

If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us before pursuing any formal action.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
